Ultimate RV Trainer ("the App") is developed and operated by Stress Solutions Sessions Ltd. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
The App is designed with privacy at its core. Your remote viewing session data — including coordinates, ideograms, sketches, sensory impressions, and AI feedback — is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your session data on our servers.
If you purchase a subscription, payment is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment details, credit card number, or billing address. Apple may share limited transaction data (such as a receipt) to validate your subscription status.
We may use Apple's built-in analytics to understand general usage patterns such as app launches, crashes, and device types. This data is anonymised and aggregated — it cannot be used to identify you personally.
When you request AI feedback on a session, your session data is sent to our AI provider for analysis. This data is used solely to generate your feedback and is not stored or used for training purposes. No personally identifiable information is included in this exchange.
The App does not include third-party advertising, tracking pixels, or social media SDKs. We do not sell, share, or trade your personal information with third parties.
Since your session data is stored on your device, you have full control over it. You can delete individual sessions or all data at any time through the App. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data.
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. Since the App stores data locally on your device, you can exercise these rights directly. For any data held by Apple in relation to your subscription, please refer to Apple's privacy policy.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
