By downloading, installing, or using Ultimate RV Trainer ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App provides a structured training environment for practising Controlled Remote Viewing (CRV), a perceptual skill developed under the US government's formerly classified research programme. The App includes AI-powered feedback, guided session workflows, and performance tracking.
The App is provided for educational and personal development purposes. Remote viewing results should not be relied upon for making important life decisions, financial investments, medical choices, or any other consequential actions. Stress Solutions Sessions Ltd makes no claims regarding the accuracy or reliability of remote viewing perceptions.
The App offers optional paid subscriptions that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
All content, design, code, and materials within the App are the intellectual property of Stress Solutions Sessions Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without written permission.
You agree to use the App lawfully and responsibly. You may not use the App to harass, harm, or impersonate others, or for any illegal purpose.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stress Solutions Sessions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
